ஏரின் உழாஅர் உழவர் புயல்என்னும்
வாரி வளங்குன்றிக் கால்.

Stanza 13
If rain fails to rain, hunger will rack
The wide earth sea girt. 

Meaning:
If the cloud withholding rain device (or hopes), hunger will log give distress in the sea-surrounded spacious world.
