Meaning:
Vigilance, learning and bravery, these three things, should never be absent from the ruler of a country.

A woman rejoices at the the birth of a son
But even more when he is praised.

He is a true king, who sticks to virtue,
Removes evil, and is spotless in valour.
Meaning:
He is the king who, with manly modesty, swerves not from virtue and refrains from vice.
